Amazing cake in 10 minutes. No baking!

Put 500 g of 20% cream in a bowl, add 100 g of room-warm butter, 500 g of cottage cheese (I use homemade.

Mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and mix well.

For this cake I use melted milk biscuits and a glass of milk.

Dip each biscuit well in the milk and place it in the mould where you will assemble the cake.

The bottom of the mould should be well covered with the biscuits.

Spread the cream well on top and continue in this way until all the biscuits and cream have been used up.

Then spread the remaining cream on top.

Crumble two biscuits and sprinkle over the top.

Leave in the fridge for about an hour to soak the cake, then remove and serve.

The cake is very tasty, my husband even said it tasted like tiramisu.
